Welcome to MNM's Perfectly Imperfect Creations, where creativity, connection, and meaning come together.
For years, we have both enjoyed using our individual skills and creativity to make handmade and handcrafted items in our free time. What began as a personal outlet for creativity has grown into something much more meaningful—a small business built around the things we love, the experiences that have shaped us, and the life we are building together.
Our Story
Our story may not have started in the most traditional way—we actually met on Fortnite in 2025. Yes… Fortnite! 😊
What started as an unexpected meeting quickly became something neither of us could have imagined. We discovered that we shared many of the same values, goals, and hopes for life. Most importantly, we found in each other a genuine partner, teammate, and best friend.
Fast-forward through a long, amazing story, and we found ourselves confident in the decision to build our life together. Today, Mike and Mindy are not only partners in life, but partners in creativity and business.
Why "Perfectly Imperfect"?
Our name represents something we truly believe: not everything needs to be perfect to be meaningful.
Every handmade creation has its own little differences. Colors may vary. Details may be unique. Something may turn out differently than originally imagined. And that's okay.
Those differences are what make handmade creations special.
Mindy has always found a sense of peace and serenity through crafting, and that creative process has become an important part of her everyday life. After attempting to start this business in 2021 and having those plans interrupted by circumstances beyond our control, followed by another attempt a few years later that was also unable to move forward, it would have been easy to give up.
Instead, we decided to try again.
This time, we're building it together.
With Mike—Mindy's partner and the CEO & Owner of MNM's Perfectly Imperfect Creations—by her side, this business has become more than simply selling crafts. It has become a creative journey, a shared dream, and something we are proud to continue growing together.
Every Creation Has a Story
One of the things that makes our creations different is that many of them have a meaning behind them.
We believe that every person has a story, and sometimes the things we create are a reflection of those stories, experiences, memories, hopes, or simply a moment that inspired us.
Whenever possible, we'll share the story or inspiration behind our creations for those who would like to know why a particular piece came to life.
Because sometimes, it's not just a craft.
It's a piece of someone's story.
